Continuing Our Sermon Series on the Gospel of Matthew
Who is Jesus? What does it mean to follow Jesus? What is the Kingdom of God? Where is the Kingdom of God? Who is a part of the Kingdom of God?
These are important questions, and the Gospel of Matthew has the answers. We preached through Matthew 1-12 during last school year. Beginning on September 7, 2025, we will resume with Matthew 13.
We invite you to join us in reading the Gospel of Matthew as we preach through it. Passages to read will be provided each week in the bulletin.

Join Our Fall Life Groups Every Sunday Morning at 9:45 am
When you think of Sunday morning Life Groups we want you to think of two things: relationships and the Word of God. We believe that these two go hand in hand. The church is a community of people in relationship with God and with one another. The Bible informs how we are to live in these relationships. Therefore, both are extremely important if we want to grow as Christians and as a community.
There are currently 4 Life-Groups every Sunday morning, and you are invited to attend any group of your choice.

Generations
Are you a Boomer? A Gen-Xer? A Millennial? An iGen? Do you know what an Alpha is?
These are names of generations, and you belong to one of them. Each generation has its own experiences and its own way of looking at the world. Too often this causes division in this world, but it doesn’t have to.
Join us on Wednesday evening from 6:30-7:30 pm for an honest and engaging conversation about generations. How can we understand one another? How can we help one another grow closer to Jesus?

Munchkin's & Mocha - Fridays
Looking for a safe, active play opportunity for your baby, toddler, or preschooler over the colder months? Join us for Munchkins and Mocha in the gym for open play for the kiddos and coffee for the adults. Toys and coffee provided! No RSVP necessary. All caregivers are welcome. Kid Konnection - Wednesdays
Kids preschool through 6th grade can join us on Wednesday nights from 6:30 - 7:30 to learn from the books of Psalms and Proverbs.
Did you know that every day is full of adventures that we get to choose? Some adventures are small, like choosing which book to read. Others are bigger, like deciding how to react when a family member makes us upset. It’s not always easy to know what is best but there is hidden treasure you can take into every choice: wisdom. Wisdom is a valuable gift that helps people choose what’s best. Together we can choose wisdom, by not choosing sides, choosing our words carefully, choosing to do good, and choosing God!

Kid Konnection - Wednesdays
Kids preschool through 6th grade can join us on Wednesday nights from 6:30 - 7:30 to learn about the life and family of Solomon.
Lots of kids dream about becoming famous . . . and why shouldn’t they? It sounds awesome to have fans who celebrate your wins with you! On the flip side, it would be pretty tough to have people always watching, even when you’re not having the best day. In Famous, we are going to talk about a family in the Bible who lived in such a spotlight. Through their stories, kids will learn that no matter our celebrity status, we can make things right, God gives us friends, we can ask for God’s guidance, we can give God what we have. Fame and fans may come and go, but you don’t need to be liked by everyone when you’re loved by God!

Pizza Dinner!
We are kicking off our Wednesday evening programming with a pizza dinner! Join us 5:45-6:30 PM for pizza and pop. At 6:30 PM we will begin our normal programming that includes: Kid Konnection (pre-school through 6th-grade), junior high (7th & 8th grades) and an adult study on Generations.

Kid Konnection
Did you know that the largest Easter egg in the world lives in Vegreville, Canada? Did you know that the most popular Easter candy in the world are Reese’s Peanut Butter Chocolate Eggs? There’s a ton of fun trivia around the theme of Easter but the best questions to ask kids are about Jesus. Did you know we can love Jesus more than anything? Did you know Jesus is king over everything? Did you know Jesus is alive? Did you know we can trust Jesus? Whatever their answer, invite kids to go beyond the facts and win the grand prize of knowing Jesus for themselves!
We meet on Wednesday evenings from 6:30 - 7:30 pm. We will take our winter break on February 12.
Youth Winter Retreat at Grace Adventures

Kid Konnection returns on January 8, 2025!
Page-turners are exciting books, the kind you don’t want to put down, the kind you would stay up extra late to read. Books are exciting when we can find ourselves in the stories and imagine being a part of the adventure. This winter we are going to look at some of the page-turning stories of the Bible. Each of these stories has something valuable to teach us about our patient and powerful God who prepares us to fight temptation and celebrates us, the heroes in our own real-life adventures!
Join us on January 8 from 6:30 - 7:30 pm.
